Are the pearls natural?
Yes. We work with natural freshwater, Keshi and baroque pearls. Small variations in shape, surface and lustre are part of their natural character and make every piece of jewellery unique.
Where is the jewellery made?
Every BABUSKINA piece is carefully handcrafted in our atelier in Rüti GL in the Glarus region of Switzerland.
Why is my jewellery made after I place an order?
BABUSKINA jewellery is created in limited editions. Many designs are therefore handcrafted in our atelier only after an order is placed. This allows us to keep quantities intentionally small and give every piece the time and attention it deserves.
Which materials do you use?
Depending on the design, we use natural pearls, rock crystal and high-quality 14K gold-filled or sterling silver components. The exact materials are listed in each product description.
How should I care for my jewellery?
Avoid direct contact with water, perfume, hairspray and cleaning products. Store your jewellery separately in a dry place and clean it gently with a soft cloth. You can find more information on our Care & Repairs page.
Are repairs possible?
In many cases, yes. Send us a photo and a short description via the contact page and we will be happy to see what kind of repair is possible.
